The Test Spring School (TSS@ETS) is the main international event where Ph.D. and M.Sc. students can learn about the leading edge semiconductor test technology. Traditionally, renowned experts from academia and industry guarantee an exciting program introducing into the challenges of reliability, test and diagnosis.
The overall theme of this year is Hardware Security. Leading experts will give lectures and cover the main challenges and solutions in this field.
The spring school is organized in conjunction with European Test Symposium (ETS'24) , and the Monday lectures are open for the general ETS attendees without additional fee. TSS@ETS is offered to registered students at low cost rate. The spring school is also open for professionals at higher rates, however priority is given to students on first-come, first-served basis, as the number of attendees is strictly limited. As in previous years, the spring school will give the opportunity to earn credits and a certificate by passing an online exam. To maintain the typical TSS atmosphere and support interaction during the event, the number of participants is strictly limited to 30 on a first-come first-serve basis.

The spring school is a joint effort of the TIMA Laboratory (CNRS and Université Grenoble Alpes and Technical University of Munich). TSS is also supported by the DFG Priority Program "Nano Security: From Nano-Electronics to Secure Systems (SPP 2253) and by the NEUROPULS project European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 101070238.
